- The waist cord is already sewn onto the kimono, and the shoulders and waist have been adjusted before delivery, making it easy to put on.

-A simple dressing manual is included.

- The half collar and decorative collar are already sewn on.

- Please wear the garment without removing the shoulder and waist threads.

・To prevent damage, please refrain from threading the needle yourself.

- Smaller children may need to have the size adjusted, but this can be done using the waist string included in the set.

・Shipping date

We will ship your order 1 to 3 days before the rental start date (delivery date).
The shipping date will vary depending on the delivery area.
Once the shipment is complete, we will send you a shipping notification email.

・Please note

If the rental start date (delivery date) falls on a weekend, public holiday, or long holiday, shipping may be completed more than three days in advance.

<About canceling a rental order>

• Within 7 days of the order date: Free
• From 8 days after the order date until before shipping: 50% of the order amount
• If the shipping procedure has already been completed: 100% of the order amount
  
  *Shipping preparations will be completed 3 days before the product arrival date.
  

[Free cancellation period]

• The free cancellation period starts from the date and time of your order and runs until the same time on the 7th day.

<About changing the rental period>

• Up to 14 days before the rental start date: Free
• From 13 days before the rental start date until before product shipping: Change fee: ¥2,200
• Once the product has been shipped, it cannot be changed.
