*All rental items at our store are for 3 nights and 4 days.

From ordering to use and return

Order rental products from our online store

- Please read and agree to the "Notes on rental use" on the order page before placing your order.
-After placing your order, please be sure to check the order confirmation email from our store.
・A delivery notification email will be sent to you the day before your start date.
・If you do not receive an email, please contact us using the "Contact Us" form.

Delivery of rental items

・The rental item will be delivered to your delivery address on the start date of use.
・Please check the "Package Item Checklist" included with the product to make sure there are no problems. Also, please fill in the checklist.
・If you find any problems, please contact us using the inquiry form or the email address listed below.

On the day of the event

- Please check the "How to wear" instructions included with the product and use them as reference when wearing it.
・We will send you an extra "waist string". Please use it as needed.
・For 7-year-old kimonos, a towel for correction is required. Please bring your own.

About return

・Please check and complete the "Included Items Checklist" included with the product to ensure that all items are included.
・Please use the cardboard box we delivered to pack the product. *Please prepare your own tape to close the lid of the cardboard box.
- Please return the product using the enclosed Yamato cash-on-delivery shipping slip so that it can be shipped on the day of use or the next day .
・Please contact Yamato Transport yourself to request collection. The phone number for collection and the QR code for online collection are listed on the "Package Checklist".
・If you are late in returning the item (if you do not return it on the return date), you will be charged a late fee of 10,000 yen (tax included) per day of delay, so please be careful. However, this does not apply to delays due to unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible.

Regarding damage, loss, or soiling of products

Precautions when wearing

・Please avoid applying foundation or sunscreen to the neck, or using hair oil or hairspray while wearing this product, as this may cause stains or discoloration.
- Please be careful as odors such as perfume, tobacco, and deodorant sprays will become difficult to remove and will be considered as damage.
・Please refrain from eating or drinking while wearing the costume. Please only drink water. If you spill liquid on the costume, please gently dab it with a handkerchief or towel to absorb the moisture.
- Please be careful not to snag or fray the fabric of your costume with accessories or other decorative items.
・When using the facility in rainy weather, please be careful not to get wet, and take care to avoid mud and water. If the facility is significantly soiled or dirty, you may be charged an additional fee.

If it gets dirty

・If the product is soiled or damaged, please contact us immediately by email. We will perform maintenance at our store, so please do not wash or repair the product yourself. When contacting us, please also attach a photo of the damaged area.
If the item is severely soiled or damaged and cannot be repaired, we will charge you the actual cost.
・If an item is lost, we will charge you the equivalent of the item price. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation of rental

If you cancel your rental order for any reason, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows:
