About rental period

3 nights 4 days rental

*All of our rental products are for 3 nights and 4 days.
*When ordering, please select the "Usage start date (delivery date)".
*You can select the rental start date (delivery date) up to 90 days in advance.

From ordering to use and return

Order rental products from our online store

・Please read and agree to the "Notes on Rental Usage" on the order page before placing your order.
-After placing your order, please be sure to check your order confirmation email from our store.
・A shipping information email will be sent by the day before the start date of use.
・If you do not receive the email, please contact us using the "Contact Us" form.

Delivery of rental products

・The rental product will be delivered to the delivery address on the first day of use.
・Please check the "Included Items Checklist" included with the product to ensure there are no problems. Also, please check the checklist.
・If there is any problem, please contact us using the inquiry form or the email address below.

On the actual day of wearing

・Please check the "How to wear" included with the product and use it as a reference when wearing it.
・We will send you a large amount of waist straps. Please use it as necessary.
・A face towel for correction is required for 7-year-old kimonos. Please prepare it yourself.

About returns

・Please fill out the "Included Items Checklist" included with the product to ensure that all returned products are included.
・Please pack the product using the cardboard box you received. *Please prepare your own tape to close the cardboard lid.
・Please return the item using the enclosed Yamato cash on delivery slip in time for shipping on the same day or the next day .
・Customers should request Yamato Transport to pick up the item themselves. The phone number for collection and the QR code for online collection are listed in the "Included Checklist".
・Please be aware that if there is a delay in returning the item (it is not returned on the return date), you will be charged a late fee of ¥10,000 (tax included) for each day overdue. Please note that this does not apply to delays due to unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters. In that case, please contact us immediately.

Regarding staining, damage, and loss of products

Precautions when wearing

・Please avoid using foundation, sunscreen, or hair oil or hairspray on the nape of your neck while wearing it, as this may cause stains or discoloration.
・Please be careful as any odors from perfume, cigarettes, deodorant spray, etc. will be difficult to remove and will be considered soiled.
・Please refrain from eating or drinking while wearing it. Please only drink water, and if it spills and gets on your costume, please gently pat it with a handkerchief or towel to absorb the moisture.
・Please be careful not to snag or fray decorations such as accessories on the costume fabric.
・If you are using the facility in the rain, please do your best to avoid getting wet, and be careful not to get muddy or wet. If there is significant dirt such as mud stains, you may be charged an additional fee.

If it gets dirty

・If the product is soiled or damaged, please contact us immediately by email. We will perform maintenance at our store, so please do not wash or repair the item yourself. When contacting us, please be sure to include a photo of the area in question.
・If the stain or damage is so severe that repair is impossible, we will charge you the actual cost.
・If the product is lost, we will charge you the amount equivalent to the product price. Thank you for your understanding.

If you cancel a rental order due to the customer's convenience, a cancellation fee will be charged as shown below.
