About payment methods
At our store, you can choose from the following payment methods:

- Amazon Pay. Apple Pay. Google Pay. Rakuten Pay
- cash on delivery
*Payment using a credit card other than the name of the individual cannot be accepted.
About cash on delivery
A cash on delivery fee will be charged separately.

Less than ¥10,000...330 yen ¥10,000 or more and less than ¥30,000...440 yen ¥30,000 or more and less than ¥100,000...660 yen ¥100,000 or more and less than 300,000...1,100 yen
About product delivery
Regarding the number of days until delivery
Closed days: Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, and closed days determined by our store
About date and time specification
You can specify a date from 3 to 7 business days in advance.
If you would like to receive the item as soon as possible, please place your order without specifying a date and time.
*Please specify the date and time on the "Cart page".
For shipping charges
Free for purchases over ¥10,000 (tax included).
If the amount is less than ¥10,000 (tax included), the following shipping charges will be applied.
- Honshu/Shikoku: ¥550 (tax included)
- Hokkaido/Kyushu: ¥660 (tax included)
- Okinawa: 1,100 (tax included)

About gift wrapping
At our store, you can choose from two types: "Noshi" and "Ribbons."
Both wrappings are free of charge.
However, only "Hakama products" are supported.
Gift wrapping is not available for other products.
Please add the desired wrapping to your cart and make payment on this "Gitt Wrapping" product page .
If you choose "Noshi", please be sure to write the sender's full name in the "+Memo" field on the cart page.
About order confirmation email/shipping notification email
When we receive your order, we automatically send you an order confirmation email.
If you do not receive the email after a while, please contact our store.
If you use mobile carrier email or web email such as Gmail or Yahoo! Mail
There is a possibility that the automatically delivered email from our store is rejected or automatically sorted into the "spam folder" or "deleted folder".
It seems that this phenomenon may occur because the system performs automatic identification.
We recommend that you use an email address other than those listed above for your order if possible.
About reserved products
Pre-ordered items may take some time to be delivered.
Please be sure to check the estimated delivery date on the product details page before placing your order.
We cannot accept requests for a designated delivery date for reserved items.
Please note that even if you select a designated delivery date, this will not be reflected.
In-stock items purchased in the same cart as a reserved item will be delivered at the same time as the reserved item is shipped.
*Due to production reasons, there is a possibility that the scheduled delivery date of the product may be delayed or canceled. In that case, we will contact you by email with instructions.
Regarding requests for order changes/corrections
You can make changes to your order before the product is shipped.
If you would like to do so, please contact us at the email address below.
In that case, please be sure to specify your [order number] or [email address at the time of ordering].

About the statement of delivery (purchase details)
If you choose "gift wrapping" at our store, a statement of delivery will not be included.
Please note that we are unable to prepare statements that do not include amounts.
*For orders where "gift wrapping" is not selected, if a delivery note is not required, please indicate so in the notes section of the cart page.
About receipts
You can download it on the order confirmation page (last page).
It is possible for the customer to change the address and proviso.
Please note that we are unable to provide handwritten receipts or receipts with other layouts.
