This is a rental of a complete set so you can enjoy the same total coordination as in the photo.

Please bring a towel for touch-up if necessary.

*The geta may differ from the photo due to dirt or damage.

・A simple dressing manual will be included.

・Kimono and haori will be delivered with the shoulders raised.

- Please wear the garment without removing the waist and shoulder threads.

・Please refrain from threading kimonos or other clothing with needles yourself as this may cause damage.

- The half collar is already sewn on.

*Suspenders are included in the set as a dressing tool. Please use them to prevent the hakama from slipping down.

We will ship your order 1 to 3 days before the rental start date (delivery date).
The shipping date will vary depending on the delivery area.
Once the shipment is complete, we will send you a shipping notification email.

・Please note

If the rental start date (delivery date) falls on a weekend, public holiday, or long holiday, shipping may be completed more than three days in advance.

<About canceling a rental order>

• Within 7 days of the order date: Free
• From 8 days after the order date until before shipping: 50% of the order amount
• If the shipping procedure has already been completed: 100% of the order amount
  
  *Shipping preparations will be completed 3 days before the product arrival date.
  

[Free cancellation period]

• The free cancellation period starts from the date and time of your order and runs until the same time on the 7th day.
  
  (Example) If you place an order at 12:00 on October 1st, your free cancellation period will be until 11:59 on October 7th.
  
  
  

<About changing the rental period>

• Up to 14 days before the rental start date: Free
• From 13 days before the rental start date until before product shipping: Change fee: ¥2,200
• Once the product has been shipped, it cannot be changed.
  
  *Only if there is availability during the rental period.
  
  

<About changing rental items>

• From 8 days after the order date until 14 days before the rental start date: Change fee: ¥3,300
• From 13 days before the rental start date until before the product is shipped: 50% of the order amount
