A cash on delivery fee will be charged separately.

About date and time designation
You can specify a date from 3 to 7 business days ahead.
If you want the shortest delivery, please order without specifying the date and time.

about shipping fee
Free for purchases of ¥10,000 (tax included) or more.
In the case of less than ¥10,000 (tax included), the following shipping charges will apply.
- Honshu/Shikoku: ¥550 (tax included)
- Hokkaido/Kyushu: ¥660 (tax included)
- Okinawa: 1,100 (tax included)

About gift wrapping
At our shop, you can choose from two types: "Noshi" and "Ribbons".
Both wrappings are free of charge.
However, only "Hakama products" are supported.
Gift wrapping is not available for other products.
Please add the desired wrapping to the cart and make a payment on the "Gitt Wrapping" product page .
If you choose "Noshi -Noshi-", please be sure to write the sender's name in the "+ Memo" column on the cart page.
Order Confirmation Email/Shipment Notification Email
We will automatically send you an order confirmation email when you place an order.
If you do not receive an email after a while, please contact us.
If you are using mobile carrier mail or web mail such as Gmail or Yahoo! Mail
There is a possibility that the automatic delivery mail from our shop is rejected or automatically sorted into the "spam folder" or "delete folder".
It seems that such a phenomenon may occur due to automatic identification by the system.
We recommend that you use an email address other than the above as the email address for your order.
About reserved products
Pre-order items will take some time to be delivered.
Please be sure to check the estimated delivery date on the product detail page before ordering.
We cannot accept requests for a specified delivery date for pre-ordered items.
Please note that even if you select a specified delivery date, it will not be reflected.
In-stock items that have been paid for in the same cart as the reserved items will be shipped together with the reserved items.
* Due to production reasons, there is a possibility that the scheduled product delivery date may be delayed or canceled. In that case, we will contact you by e-mail.
Requests for order changes and corrections
You can change your order before the product has been shipped.
If you wish to do so, please contact us at the email address below.
In that case, please be sure to specify the [order number] or [e-mail address at the time of ordering].
*We cannot accept orders that have already been shipped.
Please note that the item may have already been shipped before the shipping notification email is sent.
About the statement of delivery (purchase details)
If you choose "Gift Wrapping" at our store, we do not include a delivery note.
Also, please note that we cannot prepare a detailed statement that does not include the amount.
*If you did not select "Gift Wrapping" and you do not need a delivery note, please indicate so in the memo section of the cart page.
You can download it on the order confirmation page (last page).
Customers can change the address and the proviso.
Please note that we cannot prepare handwritten receipts or receipts with other layouts.
