About cash on delivery

Cash on delivery fees will be charged separately.

About delivery of products

Delivery time

We will ship your order within 2 business days.

*Shipping dates may be delayed due to product replenishment and transportation between warehouses.

Closed: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, summer holidays, New Year's holidays, and other holidays designated by the store

Regarding date and time designation

You can specify a date from 3 to 7 business days in advance.
If you would like your order delivered as soon as possible, please place your order without specifying a date and time.

*Please specify the date and time on the "Cart Page".

For shipping charges

Free for purchases of 10,000 yen or more (tax included).
If the total amount is less than 10,000 yen (tax included), the following shipping fee will be charged.

  • Honshu and Shikoku: ¥550 (tax included)
  • Hokkaido and Kyushu: ¥660 (tax included)
  • Okinawa: 1,100 (tax included)

About gift wrapping

At our store, you can choose from two types of gift wrapping: "Noshi" and "Ribbons."
Both wrapping services are free of charge.

However, this only applies to "Hakama products".
We do not offer gift wrapping for any other products.

On this "Gitt Wrapping" product page , add the wrapping you would like to your cart and proceed to checkout.

If you select "Noshi", please be sure to enter the sender's name on the envelope in the "+ Memo" field on the cart page.

Regarding order confirmation emails/shipping notification emails

When you place an order, we will automatically send you an order confirmation email.
If you do not receive an email after a while, please contact us.

If you use mobile carrier email or webmail such as Gmail or Yahoo! Mail

It is possible that the automated email from our store has been rejected or automatically sorted into the "spam folder" or "deleted folder."
This phenomenon may occur due to the automatic identification performed by the system.
We recommend that you use an email address other than the above when placing your order.

About pre-order items

Please allow some time for pre-ordered items to be delivered.
Please be sure to check the expected delivery date on the product details page before placing your order.

We cannot accommodate requests for specific delivery dates for pre-ordered items.
Please note that this will not be reflected even if you select a delivery date.

In-stock items that are paid for in the same cart as a pre-ordered item will be shipped together with the pre-ordered item.

*Due to production circumstances, there may be delays to the scheduled delivery date or cancellations. In such cases, we will contact you by email.

Requests for changes or corrections to your order

You can change your order before the item is shipped.
If you are interested, please contact us at the email address below.
When doing so, please be sure to include your order number or the email address you used when placing your order.

*We cannot accept your order if it has already been shipped.
Please note that your order may have already been shipped before the shipping notification email is sent.

About the invoice (purchase details)

If you choose "gift wrapping" from our store, a delivery note will not be included.
Please note that we are unable to provide invoices or other documents that do not include amounts.

*If you have not selected "gift wrapping" and do not require a delivery note, please indicate this in the notes section on the cart page.

About receipts

You can download it on the final page of your order confirmation.

Customers can change the recipient's name and notes.
Please note that we are unable to provide handwritten receipts or receipts in any other layout.

Commercial use

Our products are intended for personal use and we do not allow purchases for commercial purposes (such as studio rental costumes, rental costumes, etc.).
*There is no problem if customers personally bring the equipment to a photo studio, etc.
Therefore, if we determine that the purchase is for commercial purposes, we will cancel the order. Furthermore, if our company incurs damages due to costume rental or purchase without disclosing the purpose of commercial use, we may take appropriate measures, such as claiming damages.
