From ordering to use and return

Order rental products from our online store

・Please read and agree to the "Notes on Rental Use" on the order page before placing your order.
-After placing your order, please be sure to check the order confirmation email from our store.
・We will send you an email with delivery information by the day before your start date.
・If you do not receive an email, please contact us using the "Contact Us" form.

Delivery of rental items

・The rental item will be delivered to your delivery address on the day you start using it.
・Please check the "Included Item Checklist" included with the product to make sure there are no problems. Also, please fill in the checklist.
・If you find any problems, please contact us using the inquiry form or the email address below.

On the day of wearing

- Please check the "How to wear" instructions included with the product and use them as a reference when wearing it.
・We will send you an extra "waist cord". Please use it as needed.
・A towel for adjustment is required for kimonos for 7-year-olds. Please bring your own.

About returning

・Please check and fill in the "Included Item Checklist" included with the product to ensure that all items to be returned are included.
・Please use the cardboard box we delivered to pack the product. *Please prepare your own tape to close the box lid.
- Please return the product using the enclosed Yamato cash-on-delivery shipping slip so that it can be shipped on the day of use or the next day .
・Please contact Yamato Transport directly to request collection. The phone number for collection and the QR code for online collection are listed on the "Package Checklist."
・Please note that if you are late in returning the item (not returning it on the return date), you will be charged a late fee of 11,000 yen (tax included) per day of lateness. However, this does not apply to delays due to unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible.

・Our rental service is managed and operated on a set schedule.
・Due to the difficulty in operating in accordance with our rental schedule flow in some areas, we are unable to accept rental orders from the following areas.

Regarding soiling, damage, and loss of products

Precautions when wearing

- Please avoid applying foundation or sunscreen to your neck, or using hair oil or hair spray while wearing this product, as this may cause stains or discoloration.
- Please be careful as any smells such as perfume, tobacco, or deodorant sprays that get on the product will be difficult to remove and will be considered as dirt.
・Please refrain from eating or drinking while wearing the costume. Please limit your drinks to water. If you spill liquid on the costume, please gently pat it with a handkerchief or towel to absorb the moisture.
- Please be careful not to snag or fray the costume fabric with accessories or other decorative items.
・When using the bike in rainy weather, please be careful not to get wet, and be careful not to get muddy or wet. If the bike is significantly soiled or dirty, you may be charged an additional fee.

If it gets dirty

・If the product has been soiled or damaged, please contact us immediately by email. We will perform maintenance at our store, so please do not attempt to wash or repair the product yourself. When contacting us, please also attach a photo of the damaged area.
If the item is severely soiled or damaged and cannot be repaired, we will charge you the actual cost.
・If the product is lost, we will charge you the equivalent of the product price. Thank you for your understanding.

Rental cancellations and changes

If you cancel or change your rental order for your own reasons, a fee will be charged as follows:

●Within 7 days of ordering: Free
From 8 days after the order date until before shipping: 50% of the order amount
●If the shipping procedure has already been completed: 100% of the order amount

*Shipping preparations will be completed 3 business days before the product arrives.

[Free cancellation period]

- The free cancellation period starts from the date and time of your order and runs until the same time on the 7th day.
(Example) If you place an order at 12:00 on October 1st, the free cancellation period is until 11:59 on October 7th.

<About changing the rental period>

●Up to 14 days before the rental start date: Free
●From 13 days before the rental start date until before shipping procedure: Change fee ¥2,200
●After the product has been shipped: Changes cannot be made.

*Shipping preparations will be completed 3 business days before the product arrives.
*Only if there is availability during the rental period.
