about the order

I can't move forward in the middle of placing my order

When I add an item to my cart, does it become available in stock?

A: It will not be secured.

Products are not reserved in stock when you add them to your cart; they are reserved when you complete your order .

Therefore, if another customer completes their order before you have placed an item in your cart, the item may be sold out depending on the stock.

Please note that if an item is left in your cart for a long period of time, the stock status and product price may differ from the time of your order.

I haven't received my order email

Please check the following possibilities.

  • If the email address you registered when placing your order is incorrect
  • If you are using a webmail service (such as gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com, etc.), the email may have been classified as spam. Please check your spam folder.
  • If you are using a mobile carrier email address (docomo, ezweb, softbank, etc.) and have specified the domain, you may not be able to receive emails from this site. Please set up your email to receive emails from the domain "@tsukihana2020.com".

If you would like to have your order confirmation email resent, please contact us using the inquiry form .

Can I add or change products after placing my order?

A: Yes, as long as it is before shipping preparation.

We can accept additions or changes to your order after it has been confirmed, provided that the items have not yet been prepared for shipping.

If you wish to change or add to the products or quantities you have ordered, please contact us immediately using the inquiry form .

Please note that if your order has already been prepared for shipment by the time you contact us, we will not be able to change your order.

If there is a difference in the product price due to a change in the quantity, addition, or modification of a product, we will guide you through the procedures for refund and repayment.

Depending on the payment method, it may not be possible to change it.
In that case, we will cancel your order.
Please cancel and then place a new order.

Can I cancel my order?

About the product

In what situations can baby hakama be worn?

It can be worn on celebratory anniversaries, including the 100th day celebration (Okuizome), half birthdays, first festival, and 1st birthdays (Issho Mochi celebration).

It is also perfect for children attending New Year's and Shichi-Go-San ceremonies.
Also, when taking commemorative photos in a studio, people often bring their own costumes.

We hope you will wear this for a once in a lifetime special celebration.

I'm having trouble choosing a size

Our baby hakama come in two sizes, suitable for children from 3 months to 3 years old.

Please refer to the column below for images of items being worn by different heights.

Can I order the kimono and hakama separately?

A: No, you can't.

The top and bottom are sold as a set, so they cannot be ordered separately.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

A: They are listed on each product page.

If a restock (resale or pre-order) is scheduled, this will be stated on the individual product page.

Even if the restocking date has not been decided, you can register for notifications by clicking the "Receive notifications when the product is restocked or available for pre-order" button on the right side of the page when you select the sold-out product.

If there are no plans to restock the item in the future, it will be marked as "Sold out / No restocking or resale."

About gifts

Do you provide gift wrapping?

A: We only accept Hakama products.

Please add "Gift Wrapping" to your cart and place your order.

We have two types available: "Noshi" and "Ribbons".


If you request gift wrapping, your order may be shipped after 2 business days.

Do you provide gift wrapping?

A: We only accept Hakama products.

"Gift Wrapping" Please select "Noshi" and add it to your cart to place your order.

The only type of noshi available is "Congratulations" .

If you would like to have your name inscribed on the gift tag, please enter it in the "Add order note/gift tag inscription" field in your cart .


If you request gift wrapping, your order may be shipped after 2 business days.

Will anything indicating the price be included with the product?

A: If you choose gift shipping, it will not be included.

If you add gift wrapping to your cart and place your order, no invoice or itemized list will be included.

What are the payment methods?

You can choose from the following payment methods:

Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

A: No.

You cannot change your payment method after your order has been placed.

Regarding delivery

How much is the shipping cost?

A: Shipping fees vary depending on the region.

  • Honshu and Shikoku: 550 yen (tax included)
  • Hokkaido and Kyushu: 660 yen (tax included)
  • Okinawa: 1,100 yen (tax included)

    *Free shipping nationwide for orders totaling 10,000 yen or more (tax included).
Can I specify a delivery date and time?

A: Yes, you can specify it.

You can specify the desired delivery date and time on the cart screen.

You can specify a delivery date from 3 business days after the order date to 7 business days after the order date.

If you would like your order to be shipped as soon as possible, please select "None (shortest possible time)."
If you would like to specify a date that is 7 business days or later, please select "None (shortest possible delivery date)" and enter your desired date in the "Add order note/gift tag message" field.

For pre-order items, you can choose a delivery date and time after the earliest scheduled shipping date.

Please check the estimated shipping date on each product page.

When will the item be shipped?

A: Normally it will be shipped within 2 business days.

Your order will be shipped within two business days of receiving it.

*Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

*Business hours: Weekdays 10:00-16:00

*We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays and do not process shipments.

Pre-ordered items will be shipped on the scheduled date.

Can I ship separate orders together?

A: It may be possible depending on the timing.

This is possible as long as it is before the shipping procedure is completed.

About pre-order items

Can I bring forward the shipping date of the product?

A: No.


Pre-order items are items that have not yet arrived at our store.

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot speed up the scheduled shipping date.

We apologize for any inconvenience.


Additionally, unexpected production delays or delays in the logistics network may result in delays to the scheduled shipping date.

If a delay occurs, we will promptly inform you by email.

We accept all order cancellations due to delays, so please let us know if you wish to cancel your order.

Can I place an additional order before my pre-ordered item is shipped?

A: Yes, you can.


You can add to your order before it is prepared for shipping.

レンタル商品について

注文後にレンタル期間を変更できますか?

A:できません


システム上、ご注文後にレンタル期間を変更することはできません。

レンタル期間を変更したい場合はメールにてご連絡いただき、ご希望のレンタル期間に変更が可能であれば、ご注文キャンセル後、新たにご希望のレンタル期間にてご注文をしていただく形となります。

※ご注文より7日以内はキャンセル無料ですが、8日以降はキャンセル手数料が掛かります。

撮影スタジオなどへ直接送れますか?

A:送れます


配送先住所を撮影スタジオ宛にしていただきご注文ください。

撮影スタジオへ配送する場合は、予めスタジオへその旨お伝えしていただき、受け取りが可能か、宛先等の指定があるかどうか等、ご確認の上ご注文をお願いいたします。

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange items?

We will charge you ¥1,650 (tax included) as exchange fee and shipping fee.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • Products that have been used even once (including cases where the basting thread on the hakama has come off)
  • Laundry and cleaning products
  • Products with missing or damaged tags or accessories
  • Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer
Regarding defects and damage

If you receive a defective product, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product.


In that case, we would appreciate it if you could send us a photo of the defective part, etc., so that we can take prompt action such as re-arranging the product.

About delivery notes and receipts

Can I issue a receipt?

A: Yes, it can be issued.


There is a "Print receipt" button on the order details page, which allows you to print a PDF receipt.

Customers can change the recipient's name and notes.

Please note that we do not provide handwritten receipts or receipts in any other layout.


*If you order by cash on delivery, the receipt from the delivery person will be your official receipt.

Is a delivery note included?

A: It will be included.


We include a delivery note with any orders that do not include gift wrapping.

The order date, order number, product name, quantity, unit price, total amount, and delivery address are printed on the item.


If you do not need a delivery note, please write "No delivery note required" in the notes section of your shopping cart.
