[Rental product order/reservation completed]

Customers who wish to rent from our store must confirm all of the contents of our rental agreement and must understand and agree to the following contents. Your order and reservation will be finalized when the order and payment procedures are completed.

[About the settlement date]

The order settlement date for rental items is the date when the order and payment procedures are completed. Please note that it is not the shipping date of the rental items. If there is a cancellation after the order, we will handle it by refunding the amount.
*If you choose cash on delivery, payment will be made upon delivery. (A separate cash on delivery fee will be charged.)

[About the start date of use]

The start date of use will be the arrival date of the rental item. Please select a date two days before the day you will wear the costume. We ship items so that they arrive in the morning, but depending on road conditions, they may not arrive in the morning.

[About your order email address]

Important notices, such as order confirmation emails and shipping notification emails from our store, will be sent to the email address registered when you placed your order. If you have your email settings set to reject emails, please change your settings to allow you to receive emails from our domain "@tsukihana2020.com". Please be sure to register an email address where you can be contacted for up to 7 days after the end of your account. If you do not receive an order confirmation email from us, please contact us by email at (info@tsukihana2020.com), stating the "name of the person who placed the order".

[About canceling rentals, etc.]

If you cancel your rental order for any reason, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows:

● Within 7 days of the order date: Free ● From 8 days after the order date until shipping procedure: 50% of the order amount
●If the shipping procedure has already been completed: 100% of the order amount

*Products will be prepared for shipping 3 days before the delivery date.

[Regarding returns and overdue payments]

Please be sure to complete the return procedure promptly on the return date. Please use the "cash on delivery shipping slip (Yamato Transport)" included with the rental item when it is delivered, and request Yamato Transport to collect the item and return it.

*Return shipping costs will be borne by our store.

If you intentionally miss the return deadline, you will be required to pay an additional late fee of 10,000 yen (tax included) per day.

* This does not apply to delays due to unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible.

[Characteristics of vintage kimonos]

The rental items at our shop are vintage kimonos that have been re-sewn. Therefore, there may be some stains or dirt on the items. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we ask for your understanding and consent in advance.

[About cleaning, stains, damage, and loss]

There is no need to clean it after use. If it gets dirty, please return it as is without washing it yourself.
However, if the item becomes unusable due to dirt, damage, or loss, we will charge you an additional appropriate fee.

[Cancellation of rental contract]

If we determine that we are unable to deliver the ordered products due to unpredictable and unavoidable events such as natural disasters such as earthquakes or bad weather, or communication line failures, we may cancel the rental contract.

In addition, since our rental items are one-of-a-kind items, if the item becomes unusable due to damage or loss caused by the previous customer, we may have to cancel the rental contract. In that case, we will inform you promptly by email.

If the rental contract is terminated for the above reasons, we will refund the full amount if you cancel your order.

There may be slight differences in the texture, color, and pattern of the fabric between the product photo and the actual product. This may also vary depending on the customer's usage environment and monitor. We try to make the images as close to the actual product as possible, but we ask for your understanding.
